How long after purchasing will my order be shipped?

Your orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days. The shipping company will deliver your order to you within 1-3 business days.

You will be informed about the shipping process through your membership information. Therefore, it is important that your membership information is complete and accurate.

Which shipping company will my order be sent with?

Your orders will be sent quickly via Yurtiçi Kargo. You will be notified by SMS when the shipment is made. The shipping fee is covered by us.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract by rejecting the goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the purchased product to them or to the person/entity at the address indicated, without assuming any legal or penal liability and without giving any reason, provided that they notify the Seller through the contact information.

DURATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

If the Buyer has purchased a service or product, this 14-day period starts from the date the contract is signed. The costs arising from the use of the right of withdrawal belong to the SELLER.

EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF RETURN AND EXCHANGE:

For the return and exchange of products, the invoice for the product must be sent together with the product. Before delivering the product to the shipping company for return or exchange, it must be placed in a nylon package. Otherwise, the return and exchange request will not be accepted.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

Our products are guaranteed for 2 years. In cases such as sagging or spring breakage in our mattresses, the warranty applies. In order for the product to be evaluated under warranty, it must be sent to our company and inspected.
